1. An ad campaign that’s working on social media and it’s called, “Don’t be homeless when you sell your home.” And that’s getting real interest from people who have homes to sell and then buy!
2. The reason to use an app called Homesnap. It’s about controlling what the buyer sees. If the buyer shops on Zillow, they get all the other agents’ contact information as well. But if they shop on your Homesnap App, every property is available to them, however, it’s all bracketed by your own branding!
