Wow. I'm so impressed with the numbers that come in week after week from our R-Squared Groups across North America. Why are these folks out-producing and out-performing their? Because there is strength in numbers. Every week they meet with their mentor R-Squared groups and share strategies, solutions, ideas, insights and what's working and what's not. They encourage each other. Help one another. Laugh together and learn together. There is very real power in that for everyone.
I've always said that a group of people working towards a common goal will ALWAYS accomplish more than individuals and these incredible groups prove that time and again. What's really amazing to see and hear is how willing everyone is to share their experience, their results and their struggles. It's how we all get better. How we learn even more. How we take time-tested, industry-proven tools and techniques and keep them fresh and evergreen in our ever-changing markets.
You all are an inspiration to our entire industry at a time when a lot of agents need inspiration and I could not be prouder of you!
