GOOD NEWS: THERE IS HOPE!!!
May 23, 2011Dear Friends, It’s no secret that many agents are struggling. Notice I said “many”…not all. There are real estate agents that are not just surviving, but thriving. Are you struggling? If the answer is yes, that’s nothing to be ashamed of.
If you want to change things, you must realize something; you are where you are in your career, because of the activities you do each day. But you can change where you are…by changing what you do.
I’m talking about…hope. Hope is the foundation of all change. No hope, no change. For example, the student with no hope of passing won’t even bother to study. Or the real estate agent with no hope of making a deal, won’t bother to prospect. But give that person hope, then activity and change will follow.
I believe your past is important because it brought you to where you are today. But it’s not nearly as important as the way you see your future. Today can be a brand new day for you! But you have to plan for it! You’ve got to prepare for it! And then, and only then can you expect to be truly successful.
Success is not an accident. It’s the result of a step by step plan. Do you have a plan? Take some time to think about your future. There is hope! You can be a successful agent. If it's not working, start changing what you do. Someone once said that the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over but expect different results each time. I don’t think anyone is crazy but I’ve got to admit these are unusual times!
