If you have been following the assignments preparing for The Business Breakthrough, you know that last week we directed you to answer some questions and discover your reasons for needing or wanting a breakthrough. The principle behind the first assignment is that if you don’t need or want a breakthrough, odds are against having one.
Maybe you are happy, satisfied and content with your business, income and production.
Maybe everything’s A-OK.
Or maybe it’s B-not so good.
Either way, you’re going to need Assignment #2 to put together a clear and well-thought-out business plan for 2018.
This week, we want you to do a deep-dive into your SMART Numbers for the year, including closings, income, production ratios and business source analysis.
To make it simpler and quicker, we have a fill-in-the-blank spreadsheet. It will automatically calculate totals, percentages and ratios for you. All you have to do is enter your numbers.
Remember Floyd says, “Numbers take all the guesswork out of it.” With that in mind, let’s not base our plan on guessing. Knowledge is power. Whoever said, ‘Ignorance is bliss’ was trying to sell you something. Ignorance isn’t bliss, it's poverty.
