A Licensed Realtor since 1992, after a 15-year engineering career, Sham Reddy CRS, a first generation Indian Immigrant, is currently associated with Real Living Realty Services. Sham serves on Dayton Area Board of Realtors (DABR) Board, and on Ohio Association of Realtor (OAR) Board. He served on several DABR committees since 1998. Sham is very active in the Real Estate Community with leadership roles, whether its Realtor organizations or Real Estate Investors Organizations (REIAs). Currently he is President of Greater Dayton Real Estate Investors Association (GDREIA), and President of Ohio Real Estate Investors Association (OREIA).
Sham’s philosophy of “Get by giving” and dedicated community service earned him the coveted “Get by Giving” award from Floyd Wickman’s Master Sales Academy in 2002, DABR Realtor of year in 2010, Marie Kendrick Fair Housing Award in 2004, and Community Service award from India Cultural Club of Dayton in 1996 & 2008. Sham is a State ofOhio/Kentuckyapproved CE instructor and a Certified Trainer with Floyd Wickman Organization. He is a part of Cin-Day Realtor Mentor Group, which he co-founded in 1994 with Bob Daniel. Sham lives inDaytonarea with his wife of 32+years, Prasanna, their 3 children grown up and settled, the oldest recently returned from a tour of duty in theMiddle Eastin Army Reserves.
In his 20-year career as a Realtor, Sham helped many homeowners by either saving their credit and/or their homes through Short Sale Process. His specialty is also working with Real Estate Investors and First Time Home Buyers. Creating home ownership through creative and innovative financing is his passion.
