I was licensed in 1988 and to be honest, I was horrible! After finally realizing I was not responsible for the real estate collapse in 1989, I was introduced to the teachings of Floyd Wickman. The following year I was recognized as one of the top 10 agents in a company of over 2000 and my journey had begun.
In 1991, Floyd stood on a stage and said “I don’t think any agent should do less than 50 transactions”. I believed he was talking only to me and the journey continued.
Along the way there have been many challenges. My wife Karen and I have relocated twice and both times I relied on Floyd’s teachings to restart my business. Then, in 2005 I heard a new calling. It is a calling that has given me a clear purpose for why I am here. To become a Floyd Wickman Trainer is not easy. It is intense, and ongoing, but it is well worth the efforts. People who know me have said they always knew I’d end up teaching for Floyd. They may think my journey has come to an end. I believe it has only just begun.
This is not about real estate. It’s about life. Floyd’s teachings changed my life. It changed my wife’s life, and my children’s lives. Floyd’s teachings have changed the lives of many of my students. It can change yours. My journey continues and I would love for you to join me.
