Jack Alia comes to the Floyd Wickman Team with over two decades of experience in the Real Estate Business. Until Jack was introduced to Floyd’s techniques and dialogues, he was a struggling sales associate. As a last option before giving up, Jack enrolled in a Floyd Wickman program. As a result, his career and life changed dramatically. Jack was inspired and became what is affectionately referred to as “Wickmanized”.

He spent the next several years in the top 12-20% of all sales associates nationwide. Later he went on to be a highly successful sales manager. But with all his accomplishments, something was missing. Jack realized what he really loved to do was motivate, and guide his agents toward success and balance.

Jack took Floyd Wickman’s philosophy of “No One Cares How Much You Know, Until They Know How Much You Care” to heart. He not only brings the skills and lessons learned over a long career, but also the motivation to live up to higher expectations. Jack is one of only a few trainers nationally, hand picked and personally trained by Floyd Wickman.

He is immensely proud of the fact that he has personally assisted Floyd Wickman. In doing so, he has learned a wealth of knowledge, directly from the source, which he is eager to share. As National Certified Trainer Jack has had the privilege of training many companies throughout the United States. He has received numerous accolades from company owners, experienced top producers, as well as newly licensed agents.

Jack and his wife Joanie have two wonderful children. When he is not training he is a Cub Scout Den Leader, Little League coach and wish granter for The Make-A-Wish Foundation. We are very proud to have Jack Alia as one of our National Trainers.
