Andy has been an Award Winning Realtor in a large Pennsylvania market for over 17 years.  His credits include Lehigh Valley Salesperson of the Year, multiple time Company Top Producer, consistently among the top 20 Realtors in his marketplace, Nationally published in Selling Power Magazine, father of two and little league coach.  In 2001, Andy was productive in Real Estate but decided that he wasn’t successful enough, in other words, there was something missing in his career.

Andy enrolled in a company-wide Floyd Wickman Sweathogs Program with over 100 Realtors and decided that there would be “no more excuses, my trainer knew more than me and Floyd knew more than my trainer so for 7 weeks, I am going to do everything asked of me.”  The Sweathogs Program was just what Andy needed to go from good to great as he went on to become the top-listing agent during the program and subsequently broke all company records selling 17.8 million dollars in Real Estate without an assistant.  “I credit Floyd for giving me the balance, emphasis on fine tuning my selling skills and the methods to make all the money I want to in Real Estate in less time,” says Andy.  “I never forgot the common sense impact the Floyd Wickman Program had on my career and the admiration for my trainer, one day I aspired to be part of their organization so in 2009 I reached out to Mike Pallin, the President of the Floyd Wickman Team and inquired about how to get involved,” reports Andy.  Mike informed Andy that a new “Associate Trainer Program,” which will allow licensed Realtors to teach the program was ready to launch.

Andy joined the first Associate Trainer Candidate Program, the rest is history.  Andy became the first Associate Trainer to successfully complete the program requirements and for the past two years is gaining momentum with outstanding program production results and rave reviews.



Thanks, Andy. Lots of great stuff in the Floyd Wickman Program. I just need to keep on track, which we will—small groups getting together will help! By the way: I just got off the phone with a potential buyer and used a lot of the dialogue. I felt very empowered and in control.
